Human Rights Protection Foundation (HRPF) strongly condemns the heinous incident of extreme torture in the jurisdiction of Sardargarh and Zahir Pir police stations.

**Incident Details**:

Near Bilal Pump, Mochiwala, close to Basti Wahid Bakhsh Chachar, Moza Phul Lolai, a poor and helpless individual was subjected to brutal torture. The victim was tied with wires, hung upside down, and beaten with sticks and rods while fastened to a tower. His desperate cries for mercy, invoking the name of God and the Prophet (PBUH), fell on deaf ears. This inhumane act was allegedly committed by a local landlord and two accomplices, who unlawfully assumed the roles of judge and executioner in a self-styled punishment for a suspected theft.

**HRPF Stands Firm**:

This barbaric act exposes a shocking disregard for the law and basic human rights. It underscores the vulnerability of marginalized individuals in the face of unchecked power and impunity.
